MANAGERS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
Managers, coaches, players and parents,
Welcome to the Xtreme Diamond Sports. It is our sincere desire
that all participants, players, managers, coaches and fans,
but especially the players, experience an enjoyable
tournament experience this weekend.

Team check-in is MANDATORY ONE HOUR BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME SATURDAY:

A) We are playing at 2012 league ages and the May 1st, 2012 age cutoff. You will  need to turn in your roster with parent's signatures. You can download and printout an official Xtreme Diamond Sports (USA) Official Roster Form CLICK HERE

B) All teams must be registered for the 2012 season
with Xtreme Diamond Sports before beginning tournament play.
Please do so by clicking the "Team Registration" Button
on the top right hand site of web site.

C) You must show copies of your player's birth certificates and your team's proof of insurance at check in. We will need a copy of your team insurance along with your official Xtreme Diamond Sports (USA)roster.You will also need to keep all of these items with you at all times during the tournament play.

D) DON'T FORGET TO RE VERIFY BRACKETS EVERY DAY THIS WEEK IN CASE OF CHANGES! Please be advised that this is your teams responsibility! Print out a copy of the brackets and
tournament rules directly from the website.

E) Brackets will not be changed unless a mistake has been made by the tournament director. In the event of an error, please call the tournament director (Joe Butler) at (619) 823-1553 or email the tournament director at joe@elitediamondsports.com

F) Playoff seedings will be available on our website www.XtremeDiamondSports.com at the Xtreme Baseball SAN DIEGO Sectoin.
They will not be available until the last game of your division has been played. Seedings are official when the seeding numbers and match ups are posted on the website.  Scores will be updated after each round of games is complete. (FOR ONE DAY TOURNAMENT EVENTS SEEDINGS WILL BE POSTED AT TOURNAMENT SITE FOR YOUR AGE DIVISION)

H) Please have your team ready to play 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game or immediately following the ending of the preceding game before you to help us all stay on schedule.

I) Xtreme Diamond Sports (USA) and it's host parks have a ZERO (0) tolerance policy regarding manager, coach, and parent behavior. Everyone is expected to conduct themselves with the highest degree of sportsmanship. Any extended verbal abuse, physical abuse or threat of physical abuse of an umpire or tournament official will result in ejection from the park for the day and possible suspension for the duration and remainder of any Xtreme Diamond Sports (USA) event. Managers must have control of their coaches, players, fans and themselves at all times.

J) Xtreme Diamond Sports (USA) has a ZERO (0) tolerance policy regarding the consumption of any alcoholic beverages during tournament play at any of our parks. This includes bleachers, any area of the ball fields and parking lots. Any manager, coach, parent or fan violating the no alcohol prohibition will result in ejection from the park for the day, and the next day as well, and possible suspension for the duration and remainder of any Xtreme Diamond Sports (USA) event.

We will update both the tournament update page and tournament hotline number as often
as necessary.
